I solve impossible problems for no-fail missions. Building adequate housing in the villas of Buenos Aires. Protecting the livelihoods of Afghan women and girls. Inventing an algorithm to recover hostages overseas. Developing a simulation to customize tactical gear and training programs for elite female operators. Combatting global threats to security, climate, and malign influence with tech that didn’t exist 5 years ago. My career stretches as wide as my mind. The constant is that if it can’t be done, I want to do it.

I got here with a no-limits mindset, massive amounts of curiosity, and enduring clarity. Day to day, I find that everything I do involves dismantling assumptions, embracing uncertainty, getting to yes, and… art - whether it seems immediately obvious or not. (I actually started college as a Fine Arts major). Now, Im a woman leading at the fringes of unconventional warfare; a scientist accelerating tech that benefits humanity; a futurist preparing a military ever-focused on yesterday’s war; and a creator expressing the quiet parts out loud. My identity is as diverse as my demographic.

Some days I’m downrange on a battlefield and some days I’m back home in briefing rooms. Being a serial entrepreneur inside the public sector means exchanging a Founder headline for paced, macro-scale change. I have a say in what the future looks like for an S&P500 corporation, the strongest military on Earth, and the small collection of people to my left and right. There’s nothing more disruptive or earnest than that.
